复方元胡止痛膏贴中延胡索乙素离体小鼠透皮率初步测定

Percutaneous Rate of Tetrahydropalmatine from Compound Yuanhu Zhitong Patch in Mice in Vitro

目的:测定复方元胡止痛膏贴中延胡索乙素的离体小鼠透皮率。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定复方元胡止痛膏贴(含豆蔻)与元胡止痛膏贴(不含豆蔻)中延胡索乙素的透皮量。结果:复方元胡止痛膏贴中延胡索乙素48 h的离体透皮率为34.78%,元胡止痛膏贴中延胡索乙素48 h的离体透皮率为26.04%。结论:复方元胡止痛膏贴中延胡索乙素离体小鼠透皮率较高。

Objective： To determine the mice in vitro penetration rate of tetrahydropalmatine from Compound Yuanhu Zhitong Patch. Method： The contents of percutaneous tetrahydropalmatine, which came from Compound Yuanhu Zhitong Patch （containing Fructus Amomi Rotundus） and Yuanhu Zhitong Patch （excluding Fructus Amomi Rotundus） ,were determined by HPLC. Result： The percutaneous rate of tetrahydropalmatine in Compound Yuanhu Zhitong Patch in mice in vitro was 34.78 % and that of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong Patch was 26.04% in 48 hours respectively. Conclusion： The percutaneous rate of tetrahydropalmatine in Compound Yuanhu Zhitong Patch in mice in vitro is higher than that in Yuanhu Zhitong Patch.
