摘要
目的:建立视力宝颗粒中绿原酸的高效液相色谱法测定含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Waters Symmetry C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH 2.7)(20:80),流速:0.8 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:328 nm,柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.15~1.25μg之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为2.73%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性较好,可用于测定视力宝颗粒中绿原酸的含量。
Objective : To establish a HFLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Shilibao Granules. Method : Waters symmetry C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1 mol·L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate ( pH = 2.7 ) ( 20: 80), the detection wavelength was 328 nm, the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1. Result: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid was 0.15 -1.25 μg, r = 0.999 9 , the average recovery was 98.0%, RSD 2.73 % (n = 5 ). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate,it can be used for determination the content of chlorogenic acid in Shilibao Granules.
