尼扎罗汀乳膏治疗寻常性痤疮52例的疗效

摘要 目的:观察0.05%尼扎罗汀乳膏对寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:52例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组外用0.05%尼扎罗汀乳膏,每晚1次;对照组外用氯霉素甲硝唑搽剂,tid,连续用药6周;对治疗前及治疗后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为87.6%,57.7%;结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:0.05%尼扎罗汀乳膏治疗寻常性痤疮疗效显著,无明显不良反应。 Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of 0.05 % Taiarotene on acne vulgaris. Method ： Fifty two patients with acne vulgaris were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group （26 cases） were used taiarotene externally qn, while the control group were used chloramphenicol-metronidazole liniments tid, the course of treatment was 6 weeks. Result： The effective rate in treatment group and control group were 88.5% and 57.7%, respectively, and the former was higher than that of the later statisticaly（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： There is remarkable therapeutic effects and no adverse reaction of 0.05% treatment of acne vulgaris.
