慢性阻塞性肺病市级医院与基层医院双向转诊意义及参考标准的研究

Dual referral function and guideline between municipal hospital and primary hospital for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)是一种可预防、可治疗的常见慢性呼吸道疾病,其发病率和死亡率逐年增加,现为全球第四大死亡病因。目前我国基层医院对该病的规范化诊疗水平有限,市级医院和基层医院的双向转诊开展很少。本文探讨COPD双向转诊的意义、以疾病严重度分级和急性发作类型为转诊参考标准,以及社区COPD规范化诊疗的宣教等问题。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common, preventable and treatable chronic respiratory disease. Its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year. It is the fourth death causes. With the limitation of primary hospital, very few places have developed dual referral of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease between municipal hospital and primary hospital. Functions of dual referral of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are discussed. Disease severity and acute onset of type as indications for referral and community health education are discussed.
