摘要
将嵌入式技术与数控技术相结合,提出了一种新的基于ARM与DSP的嵌入式四轴数控系统的设计。该设计采用ARM处理器为主CPU,DSP运动控制芯片为从CPU,并采用Linux操作系统,使系统更好的进行多任务处理,保证运动控制的实时性。该嵌入式数控系统具有软硬件可裁剪、结构精简优化、插补控制实时性强、系统工作可靠等优点。最后通过仿真验证了该嵌入式数控系统的可行性。
By combining the embedded technology and numerical control technology, the paper put forwards a new design for four axes control system based on ARM and DSP. In this design, ARM is main CPU motion control chip is ordination CPU, By using Linux operating system, system can be good at dealing with muhitask and the real time of system controlling. This embedded numerical control system has characteristics of configurable and simplified in structure, reliable in executing, and high real time for response for interpolation control. At last, through simulation verify this numerical control system is feasibility.
