摘要
为探讨神经生长因子(NGF)在附睾中对精子成熟的影响,本研究应用原位杂交和图象分析方法,对成年小鼠附睾中NGF mRNA的分布和相对含量进行检测。实验结果显示:NGF mRNA主要位于附睾管柱状上皮细胞的基底部,原位杂交的信号在附睾管中的分布不均匀,附睾体部杂交信号强于附睾尾部,从附睾管头端至尾端,NGF mRNA含量逐渐下降。实验结果提示精子在进入附睾以后的成熟过程和获得运动能力方面仍然需要NGF的参与。
Objective:To explore effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the sperms maturation in the epididymis. Methods:The relative content and distribution of NGP mRNA in the epididymis of adult mouse were investigated by using in situ hybridization and morphometry. Result:The NGF mRNA was localized in the epithelium of ductus epididymidis. The distribution of hybridized signals in ductus epididymidis was uneven. The signals of corpus epididymis were stronger than that of cauda epididymis. The level of NGF mRNA expression reduced gradually from head to tail of ductus epi-didymidis. Conclusion: NGF plays an important role in maturation and migration of sperms in the epididymis.
