摘要
病例病儿，女，Ｇ１Ｐ１，孕４４６／７周，母患中度妊高征行剖宫产娩出。脐带绕颈两周，羊水Ⅲ度污染，胎盘与脐带黄染。１－５分钟阿氏评分７－８分。因哭声无力由产科转入。体检：Ｔ不升，Ｒ４０次／分，Ｐ１４０次／分，ＷＴ４３００ｇ，精神反应差，哭声低弱，激惹状...
