摘要
目的为探讨超氧化物歧化酶对实验性骨折愈合的影响。方法给实验性骨折大鼠静脉注射超氧化物歧化酶,用微机图像处理系统对骨痂骨系细胞进行立体定量分析。结果超氧化物歧化酶可使骨生成细胞增殖并向成骨细胞转化,成骨细胞数量增加,体积较大。成骨细胞、成纤维细胞和破骨细胞功能活跃。结论超氧化物歧化酶对骨折愈合有一定的促进作用。
Objective In order to investigate the effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on fracture healing.Methods after the used of SOD,the morphological changes of callus were quantitatively analysed during the experimental fracture healing of rats. Results The following favorable effects of SOD:Osteogenic cells increased in number and differentiated mainly into the osteoblast. The osteoblast and chondrocytes were more active in forming bony tissues.Conclusion It is suggested that the healing of experimental fracture was expedited as a result of treatment with SOD.
