摘要
以氧化钇、氧化钕和碳酸氢铵为原料,制备出了前驱物经煅烧后颗粒尺寸为40~60nm的Y2O3∶Nd纳米粉体。该粉体先模压成型、再经冷等静压成型,通过真空烧结和热等静压成功制备出红外平均透过率达72%的Y2O3∶Nd透明陶瓷。
In this paper,the Y2O3∶Nd nano-powders with particle size of 40-60 nm was prepared by calcination of the precursor,and Y(NO3)3,Nd(NO3)3,NH4HCO3 worked as raw materials.An average transmittance of infrared up to 72% of the Y2O3∶Nd transparent ceramics were successfully prepared by this powders,which first molding,and then by cold isostatic pressing,through vacuum sintering and hot isostatic pressing.
