摘要
对家兔颌骨造成实验性骨缺损,采用原子吸收分光光度计(AAS)进行检测,探讨骨缺损修复过程中血清锰、硒的代谢规律。结果提示微量元素锰、硒在骨创伤修复期适量的补充可能具有一定的意义。

Dynamic changes of serum manganese,selenium were observed by means of Atomic Asorption Spectrophotometry in rabbits.The bone defects were experimentally created and repaired with three different approaches to explore the metabolism of these two elements during the repair of defects and their changes in serum during immunologic rejection.The result of the study provided theoretical reference for clinical supplement of these two elements after bone frauma.
