摘要
改革开放三十年来,山东村民自治工作取得了巨大进展,换届选举平稳有序,农村治理更加规范,群众的公民意识和民主参与能力有了很大提高。
Since reform and opening, Villagers Autonomous work in Shandong made great progress, general election are calm and order, Rural Governance are criterion, the citizen consciousness and democratic participation ability of the mass enhance more.
