摘要
用西洋参人参皂甙（Ｇｉｎｓｅｎｇｓｉｄｅ，ＧＳ）喂养小白鼠，分别选用ｋｉｎｇ氏法，乙醛、对羟基联苯比色法，蒽酮比色法测定小白鼠的乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）活力，血乳酸含量及肌糖原，肝糖原含量。结果表明，食用１５天ＧＳ小白鼠的ＬＤＨ活力及肌糖原、肝糖原含量与对照组比较有所增加，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５），而对照组１５天前后ＬＤＨ活力无显著性差异。食用２９天ＧＳ的小鼠在运动后２０ｍｉｎ、５０ｍｉｎ的血乳酸值不仅明显低于对照组，而且也低于本组实验前水平（Ｐ＜００１）。通过实验证实了人参皂甙具有抗疲劳作用。

Kunming mice were administered with Gnsengside (GS).LDH activity,blood lactic acid content,muscle glycogen and liver vlycogen contents were detected by colorimetry of King's,acetadehyde,phydroxy and Anthrone respectinely.The results showed that LDH activity,muscle glycogen and live glycogen contents were all increased in GS group compared with thdir contents before experiment on the 15th day after administration and that in control group(P<005),while LDH activity in control group hadn't significant differentiation before experiment and 15 days after experiment.Blood Lactic acid content was decreaced signficantly in the group administered with GS for 29 days after 20 and 50minutes' movement compared with its content before experiment and that in control group (P<001).The results suggested that GS had the effect on antitire.
