Our country society politics is stable, the people enjoy a good and prosperous life, the overall situation is very good. On the otber hand , the entire society occupies the transition period, the economy is in the switcher time, specially the worldwide basis financial crisis erupts, the benefit pattern is adjusting, social contradictory massive appearances. How to prevent and melt society contradictory and maintain the social stability, for regarding the implementation science development view and constructing the harmonious society, has vital significance.
