纳米氧化锌的制备及其光催化降解印染废水的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用直接沉淀法,制备出n型半导体氧化物ZnO纳米粒子.通过XRD、TG-DAT等手段对该氧化物的结构和热稳定性进行了分析.XRD物相分析表明该产物为六方晶系;TG-DAT表明前驱体碱式碳酸锌分解生成ZnO的温度为239℃.研究了焙烧温度、催化剂用量以及光照等条件对ZnO光催化性能的影响.利用红外光谱分析的方法验证了其光催化降解效果.结果表明,在适当的用量及紫外光照射下,530℃焙烧得到的ZnO纳米粒子对活性翠蓝K-GL、活性染料B-RN有极强的光催化降解活性. In this article, ZnO nanoparticles prepared by direct precipitation method and the ZnO nanoparticles'hot stability and structure are analysed by XRD, TG - DAT etc. XRD shows that ZnO has hexagonal structure. TG - DAT is also used to characterize the ZnO nanoparticles. The effects of the conditions of the baking temperature, the dosage of catalyst and the illumination etc. on photocatalytic activity of ZnO are further discussed. The results of photocatalytic degradation are analysed by IR. The results shows that ZnO has very high photocatalytic activity to the reactive emerald blue K - GL and reactive dye B - RN. The conditions are that the photocatalyst has seasonable dosage and is roasted on 530℃, UV light is used in photocatalytic degradation.
