连铸板坯二冷配水动态控制研究

摘要 分析了连铸二冷配水不同控制方法之间的区别,针对二冷配水控制方法中出现的问题,研究了基于目标表面温度的动态在线配水控制方法,以适应连铸过程的复杂性、不确定性以及非线性.同时,提出了相应的控制算法并通过编程模拟验证了结果. The differences among several controlling methods of secondary cooling water distribution for continuous casting were analyzed. The dynamic controlling method of the online cooling water distribution based on the target surface temperature was mainly studied, which is suited for adapting the complexity, the uncertainty of technology and the nonlinearity of continuous casting process. The related controlling algorithm was put forward and the simulation results were provided and gives the result of simulation.
