电针加穴位埋线治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture plus Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Treating Acne Vulgaris

目的探寻针刺治疗寻常痤疮的有效疗法。方法将50例患者随机分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(25例)。对照组取阳白、颧髎、合谷、曲池、内庭穴,采用电针治疗,治疗组在此基础上加调理脾胃的穴位埋线。观察两组患者痤疮症状的缓解情况。结果治疗组总有效率92.0%,对照组68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组复发率分别为30.4%和88.2%,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电针加穴位埋线治疗寻常痤疮总有效率高于单纯电针治疗,其复发率也低于后者。

Objective To seek an effective acupuncture treatment for acne vulgaris. Methods Fifty patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 25 cases and a control group of 25 cases. The control group received electroacupuncture at points Yangbai（GB 14）, Quanliao（SI 18）, Hegn（LI 4）, Quchi（LI 11） and Neiting（ST 44） and the treatment group, catgut embedding at points regulating lienogastric functions in addition to the above. An improvement in acne symptoms was observed in the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 92.0% in the treatment group and 68.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rates in the two groups were 30.4% and 88.2%, respectively; there was also a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The total efficacy rate of electroacupuncture plus acupoint catgut embedding in treating acne vulgaris is higher than that of simple electroacupuncture. The recurrence rate is lower in the former than in the latter.
