针刺对中风患者吞咽功能障碍的改善作用

Improving Effect of Acupuncture on Dysphagia in Stroke Patients

目的观察针刺对中风吞咽障碍患者的治疗作用。方法将61例吞咽功能障碍患者采用康复评分为量化指标,观察治疗前后的变化。结果总有效率为91.8%;病程越短,疗效越好(P<0.05);病变部位与疗效无关(P>0.05)。结论针刺对中风吞咽功能障碍有较好的改善作用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture in treating dysphagia patients. Method The therapeutic effect was evaluated using the rehabilitation score as a quantitative index in 61 dysphagia patients. Results The total efficacy rate was 91.8%. The shorter the duration of illness, the better the therapeutic effect （P〈0.05）. The position of pathological changes was not related to the therapeutic effect （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture has a better improving effect on dysphagia due to bulbar paralysis.
