摘要
研究重型自卸车货厢胀厢问题,推导出用货物密度和安息角表示的货厢侧板压力分布计算公式,在此基础上建立典型的重型货车整体结构胀厢分析有限元模型,并进行货厢强度刚度计算。为解决胀厢问题提供了良好的参考。
In this paper,the problem of the deformation of heavy dump truck′s freight container was researched,and the calculation formula of the pressure distribution on freight container′s side plate was derived by using the parameter of the rest angle and the density.And then,a typical finite element model of the expansion of heavy dump truck′s integrated structure was established,and the strength and stiffness of freight container was calculated,which offers a good reference to solving the problem of the deformation.
