全密度装置循环水泵的异常振动现象研究

The research of abnormal vibrancy phenomenon about the circulating water pump in the complete sealed plant

针对炼化装置某单级双吸式离心水泵运行中出现的振动值过大等问题展开调查研究、分析计算,找出造成水泵振动过大的主要原因,结合生产装置的实际情况,通过切割法改变离心泵叶轮的几何尺寸,进而改变离心泵的工艺参数,合理的解决了设备运行故障。

In the essay,the investigation and study is carried out about the problem of exceeded vibrancy with working one single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump of refining device.After analysis and calculation,the main reason for pump exceeded vibrancy is found out.With combination of actual condition of the generative plant,the size of the pump impeller is changed by the way of incising.Thereby,the equipment malfunction has been solved reasonably by changing the technical parameters of the pump.
