摘要
台虎钳在使用中常因丝杆拔丝导致夹紧失效或用力过大,从而损坏被夹紧工件;针对这一问题,用液压机构取代台虎钳中的丝杆传动夹紧机构,提高了其夹紧效率,增加了台虎钳工作时的安全性和稳定性。
The work piece is often damaged because the screw of the bench vice usually produce wire drawing problem which leading to the function of the bench vice to lose effectiveness of long age and large tighten force.Aiming at solving the problem,a hydraulic driving grip mechanism is used instead of thread pair.By this way,the tightening efficiency could be promoted,the security and the stability of a bench vice are increased.
