摘要
为了提高锻件的锻造精度,以齿轮等饼类锻件在空气锤上采用套筒模胎模锻造成形为例,介绍了套筒类胎模的结构,分析了因套筒胎模结构、导向的不合理和毛坯几何误差等因素对锻件成形质量的影响。根据六点定位原则,提出了套筒胎模结构改进设计方法,试用效果良好,并已在生产实践中应用。
Take cake-shaped forgings,such as gear,which have been forged by close-sleeved dies on an air hammer as an example.in order to enhance the accuracy,some factors,including the structure of the close-sleeved dies,the irrational steering,and the geometrical error of blank are all analyzed.Based on the six point locating principle,an improved design of the structure of original moulds is proposed.The experiments show that this design is effective in enhancing the accuracy of forgings,and has been applied in productive practice.
