铸铁烘缸端盖散热计算及节能降耗分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过对烘缸端盖的有限元传热分析计算,发现烘缸端盖内外侧温差很小,烘缸端盖表面温度很高,故其热损耗很大。分析表明烘缸端盖外侧温度基本相同,因此将烘缸端盖的散热简化为一维热传导问题,也即化简为一大平板传热问题。本文给出简单算法分析了烘缸端盖温度场算法及其散热分析计算,并研究了加上保温板的端盖温度计算及散热分析。 Through the analysis of finite element method for dryer head heat transfer, it was found that difference in temperature of inner and outer flank was very small, the outer surface of flank was in high temperature and heat consumption was very large. The analysis shows that the temperature of outer surface of dryer head is the same so heat transfer of the drier head can be simplified to one dimension problem of heat conduction. The calculation method for temperature field and the analysis in heat transfer were given in this paper, the temperature calculation and heat transfer analysis of insulated drier head were also studied.
