原发性肝癌在高危人群中检出率的多普勒超声研究

Ultrasonic Doppler Study on Detectable Rate of Primary Hepatic Carcinoma in High Risk Population

报道１０３８３例肝脏Ｂ超和脉冲多普勒（ＰＷ）血流参数检查结果，旨在探讨原发性肝癌（ＰＨＣ）在高危人群中的检出率及其声像图、血流动力学特点。结果表明：正常肝脏组ＰＨＣ检出率为０．１４％，脂肪肝组检出率为０．８４％，与正常肝组比较差异显著（ＲＲ＝６，９５％ＣＩ＝３．２２～１８．３６）；慢性肝病及ＨＢＶ感染组ＰＨＣ检出率为１０．５６％，显著高于正常肝组（ＲＲ＝７５．４３，９５％ＣＩ＝４０．２１～１３７．５３）；肝硬化组ＰＨＣ检出率为３６．６１％，与正常肝组比较有极显著差异（ＲＲ＝２６１．５，９５％ＣＩ＝１４０．４５～４７９．１４）。

WT5”BZ〗In order to evaluate the detectable rate of primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) in the high risk populatien, the imaging characteristics and hemodynamics of PHC, the result of 10383 livers examined by ultrasonic Doppler was studied. It indicated that the detectable rate of PHC was 0.14% in the group of normal liver and was 0.84% in fatty liver. The difference between the two groups was significant (RR= 6, 95% CI=3.22￣18.36); the detectable rate of PHC was 10.56% in the group of chronic hepatopathy and infected by HBV, this is significantly higher than that in the group of normal liver (RR=75.34, 95% CI=40.21￣137.53); The detectable rate of PHC was 36.61% in the group of liver cirrhosis, compared with the group of normal liver, the difference was highly significant (RR=261.5, 95% CI=140.45￣479.14).
