摘要 通过高强度聚集超声(HIFU)对离体人乳癌组织的超声定位损伤研究,旨在探讨HIFU对治疗乳癌的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明HIFU能准确定位损伤乳癌组织,能有效破坏焦域内乳癌细胞,对周围组织较为安全,初步展示出HIFU治疗人乳癌的临床前景。 This article, based on observations of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) utilized in bringing localized lesion in vitro human breast tumor tissues, is intended to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of using HIFU as a therapy for human breast cancer. The results reveal that HIFU is competent in damaging precisely the target tumor tissues and disrupting their cellular structure in the focal region. Tissues around remain undamaged. It shows the potentiality of employing HIFU in the treatment of human breast cancer. [WT5”HZ〗
