摘要
在近20年来,我国在田径中长跑项目上有一定突破,特别是在马拉松项目上更是异军突起。本文分别从个案上分析、供能特点、分段成绩、训练计划中训练量和强度的差异、专家分析等几个方面对马拉松训练方法进行探讨,目的是总结经验同时为以后训练提供指导。
In recent 20 years, middle-distance and long-distance run have some breakthroughs in China, especially the marathon is the dark horse. This paper analyzed marathon athletes' training methods in the following aspects: the case, the characteristics of energy supply, score of segmentation, differences of training volume and intensity in training program, experts' analysis. The purpose is to summarize the experiences and to provide guidance for future training.
