风险管理是软件项目管理的重要组成部分,是减少软件项目失败的重要手段之一,只有进行很好的风险管理才能有效的控制项目的成本、进度和产品需求。文章在阐述软件项目风险管理过程的基础上,重点讨论了风险识别和风险分析的方法。

The risk management is important constituent of software project management,also important method to reduce failure of software project.The risk management is only well put into execution,Project cost,schedule and product demand are controlled effectively.In this paper,based on presentation of risk management process of the software project,and discusses on the method of risk identification and risk analysis.
