摘要
在介绍和分析国投昔阳安平发电厂480t/h循环流化床锅炉的工艺过程和工艺特点的基础上,给出了基于DCS控制的CFB锅炉控制系统的组成和功能,详细分析DCS各组成子系统的控制功能,并着重讨论了模拟量控制系统MCS的控制功能和控制方案。实际运行结果表明NT6000系统投入运行后,实现了在不同的启停运行方式中,借助于功能子组级的顺序控制,完成相应辅机的启动、停机和运行。系统稳定可靠,自动调节品质较高,操作方便,满足各种运行方式的控制要求,为机组稳定、可靠的运行打下了基础。
Based on the description and analysis of the 480t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler' s technical process and characteristics in the SDIC Xiyang Anping power plant, this paper gives function and composition of CFB boiler control system on the basis of DCS control, and a detailed analysis about control functions of the DCS component subsystems is discussed. It focus on the control functions and the control plan of the simulation quantity control system MCS. The result of operating the NT6000 system shows that in a different start-stop operation way, the NT6000 system achieves the corresponding auxiliary machine's start, stop and run with functional sub-group sequence control. The system is stable and reliable, with higher automatic adjustive quality, and easy to operate. This system can meet the control requirements on a variety of operating mode, which lay the foundation for the unit stable and reliable operation.
