摘要
将计算机技术、微电子技术和网络技术有机结合,设计出的基于低端数据采集、控制和传输的远程数据采集系统,对来自工业探头、家用水、电、气表所产生的模拟信号进行处理以实现远程数据抄写和集中的目的。详细介绍了远程数据采集系统的组成、功能及其软件和硬件设计。系统硬件电路主要由前端的数据采集转化电路、RS485级连通讯电路、LED数码显示电路、能进行人为干预的键盘输入电路等组成;系统软件采用单片机C语言编程,主要由前端数据采集控制、LED显示和键盘控制及上位机数据通讯等功能模块组成。
This article introduced the remote meter reading system's composition, function and software and the hardware designs in detail. It carries on processing simulated signals come from industry probe head, service water, electricity or gas meters, and realizes the data remote meter reading and centralized management. The system hardware mainly composed of front end data acquisition transformation circuit, the RS485 cascaded communication circuit, the LED display circuit, the keyboard and so on. The system software programming uses C language, mainly composed of front end data acquisition control module, LED and keyboard control modules, host computer data communication module and so on.
