摘要
目的：观察自拟“痛风灵”治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：采用中药“痛风灵”治疗痛风性关节炎６０例（治疗组），与西药治疗的对照组３０例比较疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为８８．３％，对照组总有效率为８０．０％，２组对急性痛风性关节炎的疗效无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），对慢性痛风性关节炎的疗效有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组患者实验室指标的改善优于对照组。结论：“痛风灵”治疗痛风性关节炎疗效显著，尤以对慢性痛风性关节炎疗效优于西药治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of selfmake Tongfengling in treating gouty arthritis.Methods:Sixty cases of gouty arthritis (treatment group) were treated with Tongfengling(traditional Chinese herb) and compared to 30 cases (control group) that were treated with western drugs.Results:The total effective rates were 883% and 800% in treatment group and control group respectively,they were no obvious difference in therapeutic effect on acute gouty arthritis (P>005),but there was obvious difference in treating chronic gouty arthritis(P<001).Moreover,the improvement of laboratory index in treatment group patients were superior to those in control group patients.Conclusions:There was an obvious therapeutic effect of Tongfengling on gouty arthritis,particulary in treating chronic gouty arthritis,it is superior to western drug.
