中西医结合治疗急性颅脑外伤伴颅内血肿52例疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of TCM WM on 52 patients with acute craniocerebral trauma companied with cranial hematoma

目的：观察中西医结合治疗对促进急性颅脑外伤后颅内血肿吸收的疗效。方法：急性颅脑外伤伴颅内血肿患者５２例，在西医常规治疗基础上，予中药脑血康口服液、川芎嗪注射液和其它活血化瘀、化痰通腑、益气健脾、补肾填精方药治疗。结果：５２例患者颅内血肿均完全吸收，临床治愈４２例，好转１０例。结论：中西医结合治疗可促进颅内血肿的吸收，在降低颅内压和恢复神经功能方面疗效明显，尤其中药对加速颅内血肿的吸收有独到之处。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TCM WM on absorption of cranial hematoma after acute craniocerebral trauma.Methods:Fiftytwo cases of acute craniocerebral trauma companied by cranial hematoma were treated with Naoxuekang Liquor ,tetramethylpyrazine injection,and Huoxue Huayu ,Huatan Tongfu ,Yiqi Jianpi,Bushen Tianjing recipes on the basis of conventive therapy.Results:The cranial hematoma of all 52 cases were complete absorpted,42 cases were cured and 10 cases were improved.Conclusions:TCM WM treatment can promote absorption of cranial hematoma,decrease cranial pressure and restore neurofunction,particularly,the traditional Chinese herb has special efficiency for cranial hematoma absorption.
