区域经济跨越式发展的机理研究——以重庆市长寿区为实证基础

A Study on the Mechanism of Development by Leaps and Bounds of Regional Economy:Based on Empirical Research on Changshou District of Chongqing

追求跨越式发展态势是"后发现代化"国家和地区的共同目标之一。但是,区域经济实现跨越式发展并非由主观预期决定,而是取决于跨越式发展的机制形成。跨越发展态势来源跨越式发展机制,跨越发展机制的构建前提是破解跨越式发展机理。迄今为止,研究跨越式发展机理的成果较少。文章根据重庆市长寿区2002年以来的实际经验说明,跨越式发展机理是由发展战略思路、发展平台、创新中形成的可持续发展体制三个方面的合力构成。

The common goal of ＂post - modern＂ countries and regions is the development by leaps and bounds posture. However, how to achieve regional economic development by leaps and bounds？ The issue was not expected by the subjective decisions but decided by leaps and bounds of the mechanism. The mechanisms of development by leaps and bounds build on the premise of understanding the mechanism of development by leaps and bounds. So far, the outcome of the research on development by leaps and bounds is relatively less . Changshou District in 2002 in accordance with the practical experience has proved that the mechanism of development by leaps and bounds consists of the development of strategic thinking, development platform, and sustainable development system developed by innovative efforts.
