摘要
分析了我国铁路客运售票现状,认为"一票难求"的原因除了票贩、铁路运能、运营机制等方面之外,最根本的一点是对列车车票发售未进行优化分配.在不改变铁路部门现有组织结构、不增加营运成本的基础上,建立火车票动态分析优化模型,对列车停靠站的车票进行动态优化分配,使列车停靠站承运旅客的数量最大化,以提高广大旅客的满意度.进行模拟分析,利用Microsoft Office Excel"规划求解"工具求解.实例表明,该模型可行、合理,能够取得更好的客户服务效果.
The actuality of China' s railway ticket-selling system was analyzed. Besides the scalper, the railway transportation capacity, and the operating mechanisms, it is considered that the basic reason of the hard-to-get tickets is not using the optimizing distribution in ticket-selling. An optimization model of railway tickets dynamic distribution was established for the dynamic optimal distribution of the tickets in the railway stations to maximize the number of passenger and enhance passengers' satisfaction. A simulation analysis was done by using the programming solution tool of Microsoft Office Excel. Examples show that the model is feasible and reasonable, and can achieve good customer service results.
