内镜下不同微波热凝固法治疗疣状胃炎对胃黏膜修复的影响

Effect Of Gastric Mucosal Healing in Microwave Therapy to Treat Varicelliform Eruption Gastritis

目的:观察内镜下不同微波热凝固法治疗疣状胃炎对胃黏膜修复的影响。方法:将410例疣状胃炎随机分为两组:研究组(221例)采用顶部点灼法,微波功率70W,时间<3s;对照组(189例)采用顶部+周边黏膜多点烧灼法,微波功率80～100W,每次1～5s,总时间10～20s。治疗后2、4周比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后2周治愈率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),4周治愈率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组黏膜缺损率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下微波治疗的功率及作用时间、部位均可影响胃黏膜修复。采用顶部点灼法治疗疣状胃炎症状缓解快、黏膜修复时间短,且较少遗留手术瘢痕,可达到根治病灶的目的。

Objective： To study the effect of gastric mucosal healing in microwave therapy to treat varicelliform eruption gastritis. Methods：410 patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the study group（ n = 221 ）treated with point burn（ the microwave power 70 W, time 〈 3 s） ,and control group（ n = 189 ）with patchy burn （the microwave power 80-100 W, total time 10-20 s）. The treatment effect was compared 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. Results： The cure rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group 2 weeks after treatment（P 〈0. 05）. There was no difference of the cure rate 4t weeks after treatment in the two groups（P 〉0. 05） ,but the rate of mucosal injury of the study group was obviously lower （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Gastric mucosal healing is influenced by the power, the position and the duration of microwave. Point burn of microwave may relieve symptoms and repair the mucosa in a shorter time with fewer scars and can cure focal points.
