摘要
分析了平行光斜入射光栅时衍射现象的特点,得到了平行光斜入射时的光栅方程、条纹变化情况、主极大级次的变化规律和对光栅分辨本领以及入射光相位差对衍射角的影响,同时也讨论了缺级条件。
The diffraction phenomenon feature is analyzed when parallel light beam goes into grating with obique incidence.Meanwhile,the grating equation,primary maximum,resolving power, missing order condition and the influence of diffraction angle on phase difference are obtained with the oblique incidence.
