骨水泥灌注伤椎成形结合椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折

摘要 胸腰椎骨折是临床常见病、多发病,目前广泛采用的后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗,能有效重建椎体高度,间接复位骨折块,恢复生理曲度,纠正后突畸形,近期疗效明显。但骨折复位后形成的“空壳样”椎体不易骨性愈合,造成椎体矫正度丢失、内固定松动断裂等,从而产生腰背疼痛等后遗症,
