松阳县3所医院护士腰椎间盘突出症发病情况的调查分析及对策

Incidence investigation and analysis on lumbar disc herniation for nurses in 3 hospitals in Songyang County

目的了解临床护士腰椎间盘突出症的发病情况,分析发病原因,提出防病对策。方法根据腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准,对松阳县3所县级医院的216名临床护士进行问询调查。结果36名临床护士符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准,总发病率为16.67%。护龄与发病率呈正相关,手术室、妇产科、外科护士的发病率高于其他科室。结论临床护士腰椎间盘突出症发病率明显高于普通人群。加强职业防护教育,合理配备护理人力资源,强化疾病知识宣教,以降低临床护士的职业损害。

Objective To study the incidence of lumbar disc herniation for clinical nurses, analyze causes and find out preventive strategies. Method Enquire and investigate 216 clinical nurses in 3 county hospitals of Songyang according to diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation Result 36 clinical nurses accord with diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation. The total incidence is 16. 67%. Nursing age has positive correlation to incidence. The incidences of nurses in operation room, obstetrics and gynecology and surgical department are higher than in other departments. Conclusion The incidence of lumbar disc herniation for clinical nurses is higher than the rate of normal people. Enhancing occupational protection education, disposing human resources reasonably and improving propaganda and education on disease can reduce occupational injury for nurses.
