社区居民健康教育需求状况调查与分析

目的调查社区居民对健康教育的需求状况。方法自行设计调查问卷,内容包括存在的健康问题、是否接受过专业人员的相关健康教育、没有接受健康教育的原因、需要哪方面健康知识、需要哪些家庭照护技能、喜欢的健康教育形式等6方面。对5个社区195名居民进行调查。结果195人均患有不同的慢性疾病,患病率100%;100人未接受过健康教育;没有接受健康教育的主要原因是无人给予健康教育及没有时间接受教育;社区居民最需求的健康知识是增进健康的知识;最喜欢的教育形式是书面资料。结论社区居民的健康状况不容乐观,普及社区健康教育非常必要。

Objective To investigate the situation of education demand for residents in community. Method Investigate 195 residents in 5 communities by self-designed questionnaire, including recent health problems, whether receives professional health education or not, causes of not receiving health education, the aspects of demanding health knowledge, demanding family caring skills and preference on education type. Result All of 195 residents have chronic diseases. The rate is 100%. 100 residents have received health education. The main cause of not receiving education is lacking teacher and time. The health knowledge residents demand most is how to improving health. The education on writing is the most welcomed type. Conclusion The health status of residents in community is not so optimistic. Popularizing health education in community is very necessary.
