手术室医务人员锐器伤调查分析与防护措施

Survey and analysis on sharp instrument injury of operating room staff and protective measures

目的 了解手术室医务人员锐器伤发生情况，提出减少锐器伤的防护措施。方法对两所医院2005～2007年度手术室护士、麻醉师、手术医生锐器伤发生情况进行同顾调查。结果手术室医务人员锐器伤发生率为65．53％，其中手术室护士发生率82．22％、手术医生发生率60．00％、麻醉师发生率70．00％。结论手术室医务人员面临锐器伤危险。提高职业防护意识，强化标准预防理念，规范操作行为，加强监控管理，是减少手术室医务人员锐器伤的重要措施。

Objective To study the situation of sharp instrument injury for operating room staff and find out the protective measures. Method Take retrospective survey on nurses, anesthetists and operative doctors in operating room from two hospitals on the situation of sharp instrument injury from 2005 to 2007. Result Incidence of sharp instrument injury is 65.53% for staff in operating room, among which 82.22% for nurses, 60. 00% for doctors and 70. 00% for anesthetists. Conclusion Staff in operation room face the situation of sharp instrument injury. Improving protection consciousness, cnhancing standard prevention concept, standardizing operating action and improving the monitoring and management are important measures to reduce sharp instrument injury.
