关于新农村建设规划设计中村庄特色的研究——以洛南县保安镇西坝村建设规划为例

Study on Characteristics of Village Cottage Building in New Rural Construction Planning: Taking Xiba Village as an Example

新农村建设在全国各地普遍开展,虽然期间取得了一定的成效,但也出现了许多脱离实际的问题:"千村一面""送城市别墅到农村"等现象严重.在深入分析村庄特色的基础上,从具体案例入手,分析探讨了洛南县保安镇西坝村建设中村庄特色的形成,试图以点带面,对新农村建设规划设计起到一定的借鉴作用.

There are some problems existed in the new rural village planning and construction in spite of a certain achievement is obtained throughout the country. The village and the farm cottage are built following the same patterns and they are monotonous. This paper analyses penetratingly the characteristics of the construction of the Xiba Village of Bao-an Town in Lou-nan County. It attempts to make suggestions to the planning and instructing of the new rural construction.
