金融危机下高校促进大学生就业的困境与破解

Difficulties and countermeasures to promote employment of graduates under economic crisis in universities

采用文献研究、问卷调查等方法,对高校在促进大学生就业中面临的困境进行研究,针对高校目前面临的就业指导服务不周、就业市场开拓不力、就业信息传导不畅等困境,提出破解对策,即完善高校与社会的就业服务体系,加强高校与企业的交流合作,强调高校与市场的信息对称。

The economic crisis has made employment situation for colleges graduates much harder than ever before.This article is written based on a study to the difficulties that the colleges are facing in promoting employment of college graduates.Currently,colleges face difficulties in service of vocational guidance,in exploitation of employment market,and in the transmit of recruitment information that have been significantly influenced by the economic crisis.The solutions lie in improving the service system among colleges and society,in strengthening the cooperation annmg eolleges and enterprises, and in emphasizing the symmetry of information among colleges and labor market.
