摘要
针对华电包头发电有限公司2台600MW汽轮发电机组投产以来,运行中存在氢气纯度下降较快,并使机内氢气经常需要提纯度的问题进行分析,采取相应的措施,利用运行和停机机会对密封油系统进行了调整。最终使氢气纯度下降问题得到有效解决,保证了机组的安全稳定运行,并提出密封油系统进一步优化措施。
In view of the problem that the hydrogen purity of 2 sets of 600MW turbo-generator in Huadian Baotou Power Generation Co. , Ltd. has been decreased quickly since its operation and made the machine often need to raise hydrogen purity, the paper discusses corresponding measures should be taken, for example, oil sealing system has been adjusted during the process of running and shutting down. In the end, the declining problem of the hydrogen purity is solved to ensure safe and stable operation of the unit, and further optimizing measures for oil sealing system are proposed.
