摘要
以两个电力企业基层单位员工素质提升工作为典型案例,对电力企业人力资源基本情况,员工素质提升政策的可行性和实效性进行分析,对素质提升工作中的重难点问题进行研究,提出具有共通性和指导意义的解决措施和方案。
Based on the typical case of grass-roots workers quality promotion in two electric power enterprises, this paper analyzes basic conditions of human resources and the feasibility and effectiveness of employee policies to promote staff quality in electric power enterprises. In addition, the author makes a research on the key problems in real condition and comes up with common and practical solutions which may guide the actual work.
