摘要
可持续发展战略的实施客观上奠定了我国新社会阶层形成及发展的生态政治基础。党的领导集体在积极建设服务型政府、巩固新时期统一战线以及建设生态民主政治的过程中，事实上构建了一整套适应我国新社会阶层政治参与要求的目标获取机制。
The implementation of sustainable development strategy objectively laid ecological political foundation of the formation and development for our country＇s new social stratum. The CPC leaders have constructed the whole target acquisition mechanism of our country＇s new social stratum＇s political participation in the process of constructing service-oriented government, consolidating united front of new periods and constructing ecological democratic politics.
