摘要
提出了一种基于统计数据求解经济供电半径和经济功率因数的新方法。该方法以单位供电面积年计算费用这一经济技术指标最小作为目标函数,以《农村电网建设与改造技术导则》中规定的电压允许偏差值作为约束条件,在最大负荷和最小负荷下分别对各电压等级线路末端和首端的电压偏差进行约束。应用该方法计算所得的结果既计及了技术经济因素,又切合农村电网的实际情况,对农村电网的建设和改造具有指导意义。
One novel method for working out the economic power supply radius and power factor is proposed based on statistic datum in the paper. The method is a nonlinear constrained optimization mathematical model with the objective function to minimize annual cost per km2 and the constraint of voltage excursion that "The rural electric network construct and reconstruct technical guide" dictates. The constraint of voltage excursion included two cases, one is at the end of lines under the maximal load, and the other is at the beginning of lines under the minimal load. The results of the mathematical model can be regarded as technical and economical index, and they will be helpful to construct and reconstruct the rural power network.
