摘要
介绍了电能质量数据集成与分析系统的结构与实现。系统将分布在各监测站点的数据进行采集汇总,构建基于整个电网的电能质量数据中心,并在此基础上进行暂降分析、背景谐波分析和电能质量综合评估分析,建立电能质量知识库,输出电能质量评估报告,客观真实地对电网的电能质量进行评估。
The structure and implementation of the power quality data integration and analysis system were introduced. Power quality data integration and analysis system collected and aggregated the data distributed throughout the monitor sites to build the data center based on the entire power grid. Sag analysis, harmonic analysis and comprehensive assessment of power quality were conducted, and power quality assessment reports were provided. Through this system, power companies can understand and predict the quality of voltage and current, as well as the quality of overall system operation conditions, judge the potential risks and the extent of the impact, so as to provide power companies with a scientific basis for decision-making, and essential evidence for resolving power quality related disputes.
