摘要
针对锅炉变工况运行过程中易于调整且是燃烧优化调节中的关键参数烟气含氧量,建立了各热经济性参数在烟气含氧量影响下的变化特性分析计算模型和以最小供电煤耗率为目标的最佳烟气含氧量偏微分方程,结合现场实际数据研究了烟气含氧量对锅炉各经济性参数的影响,并通过求解偏微分方程确定了电站锅炉不同工况下最佳烟气含氧量设定值。
The flue gas oxygen content that is prone to be adjusted under off-design condition behaves the role of key parameters in optimal combustion regulations. The analysis and calculation models of the variation characteristic for the boiler thermal economy parameters affected by the flue gas oxygen content and the optimal flue gas oxygen content partial differential equation were established. This equation taken the minimization net coal consumption rate as the target function. The influence of flue gas oxygen content on the various economic parameters of boiler with the on-site statistics was studied. By solving the partial differential equation, the optimal set value of flue gas oxygen content under different load of the power plant boiler was ascertained.
