摘要
针对三河发电有限责任公司长期以来存在的母联开关合闸后,出现交流断线报警信号,母线差动保护出口被闭锁这一问题,通过查阅和分析三河发电有限责任公司220 kV母线差动保护有关图纸和厂家资料,经过回路查线,校验继电器及试验录波和反复研究,确认了问题的根本原因,并制定了解决了方案,从而消除了由于设计问题(从动继电器使用不当)而存在的隐患。
The present paper aims to solve the long-existing problem in Sanhe Power Plant that when the bus-bar switch is closed, the warning signal will show that AC circuit breaks and Bus Differential Protection exit is blocked. After examining relevant blueprint and manufacturer material, back-checking the line and relay, as well as repeated experiment and recording, the researchers finally find out the fundamental cause and make out correspondent solutions, which eliminates the potential safety hazard due to the design problem.
