摘要
实验对全四方TZP-ZrO2微粉进行激光粒度分析,结果表明颗粒粒度小于20μm。利用该微粉做烧成试验,烧成温度分别为1 450℃、1 490℃、1 530℃、1 570℃、1 610℃、1 650℃。X射线衍射分析结果表明,烧成后试样的晶型为四方相ZrO2;电镜结果表明,晶粒尺寸为0.9μm,试样相对理论密度为99%,抗折强度为502.44 MPa,硬度为1 484.37 kg/mm2,断裂韧性为11.6 MPa.m1/2,耐磨性(利用TLM耐磨性能测定仪测定)在1 610℃烧成的试样耐磨性最佳,为24.77mm3,利用热压注成形制得ZrO2坩埚。
This experiment makes a laser particle size analysis of tetragonal zirconia polycrystals-ZrO2 miropowder. The result shows that the particle size is less than 20 μm. Then using the miropowderto make a sinter experiment at the temperatures of 1 450 ℃, 1 490 ℃, 1 530 ℃, 1 570 ℃, 1 610 ℃, 1 650 ℃. X-ray diffraction result shows that the crystallographic form of the sintered sample is tetragonal. Through the electron microscope ,it is known that the size of crystall granule is 0. 9 μm. The relative density of the sample is 99%. bending strength of the sample is 502.44 MPa, rigidity of the samle is 1 484.37 kg/mm^2 , wear resistance of the sample is 24.77 mm^3 at 1 610 ℃. At last we have made TZP-ZrO2 cylindrical crucible by thermoset extrusion moulding.
