建国以来,中国共产党推进新农村建设的基本经验可概括为五个方面,即:提高思想认识,是新农村建设的逻辑前提;维护农村稳定,是新农村建设的首要保障;建设现代农业,是新农村建设的根本支撑;调动农民积极性,是新农村建设的基本动力;增进农民利益,是新农村建设的终极归宿。传承和运用这些基本经验,对当前及未来的社会主义新农村建设大有裨益。

The basic experiences of CPC in promoting the new countryside construction since the birth of PRC are as follows： to pay more attention is its logical prerequisite; to sustain the stability of the countryside is its first guarantee; to develop the modern agriculture is its essential support; to stimulate farmers＇ enthusiasm is its basic motive force and to promote the farmers＇ good is its ultimate aim. Following these experiences is important to the new socialism countryside construction in current and future China.
