电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析德州地区槐花中的稀土元素 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究仪器条件、同位素选择和干扰校正等因素的影响,建立了一种压力密闭消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定槐花中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb和Lu等14种稀土元素的方法.该方法被用于分析国家一级茶叶标准物质(GBW 07605)中的稀土元素,结果与标准值一致.该方法用于分析德州市各县市槐花样品中的稀土元素,研究了德州各县市槐花样品中稀土元素分布规律. After study the effects of instrumental conditions,selection of isotopes and interferences correction,a method has been established to determine La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy, Ho,Er,Tm,Yb and Lu 14 kinds of rare ear,h elements in Flos Sophaoae by pressurized digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Rare earth elements in SRM GBW 07605 sample were determined by the developed method,the determined value was in good agreement with the certified value. This method was appllied to analyze Flos Sophaoae samples of Dezhou Area and the distribution of rare earth elements in Dezhou area was also studied preliminarily.
